Keys N Krates’ Every Night Out

Keys N Krates Every Nite EP Out Today
Every Nite Tour Kicks Off

Out today on Dim Mak Records, Every Nite has already received a huge amount of recognition from other artists and from the media. A follow up to 2013’s SOLOW EP and lead by the acclaimed single “Are We Faded,” Keys N Krates are ready to launch into the next phase of their musical journey with this 6 track offering, which aptly demonstrates their evolution as a band, as well as their loyalty to the unique fusion of hip-hop and electronic music that they’re known for.

After a debut on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show as well as on the highly influential YouTube channel All Trap Music, “Are We Faded” has already nearly amassed 1 million plays in total, and been supported by the likes of Machinedrum, What So Not, Hudson Mohawke and Plastician. The track also received special support from a young fan in Canada, who loved the tune so much she got her dance class to choreograph and perform a recital to it. Additionally, the second track to be revealed off the EP, “Understand Why,” has received support from artists such as Hudson Mohawke, Just Blaze, and Salva.

In celebration of the Every Nite EP, Keys N Krates have embarked on a massive fall tour, co-headlining with Gladiator and with support from Thugli, that is taking them across the expanse of North America. Aside from their noteworthy talent as producers and studio musicians, Keys N Krates truly set themselves apart by their performances, where they bring their live electronic instrumentation to the stage together as a band.

Praise for Every Nite:

“The new single, ‘Are We Faded,’ is dizzyingly sexy, pushing along at a slower tempo that’s ideal for sweaty, middle-of-the-dance-pit grooving. It’s carried by choppy female vocals that bounce around in tandem with the synths, vanishing every once in a while to let a low voice chime ‘f-f-faded.'” – Billboard

“…the trio of Adam Tune (drummer), David Matisse (synthesizer/keyboardist), and Jr. Flo (turntablist) care little about the walls within EDM’s sub-genres, blending their skills to keep a dance floor grooving even when hitting them with the filthiest builds from the bass music realm.” – Consequence of Sound

“A union littered with clichés and near misses, ‘Are We Faded’ reminds us just how powerful the union of dance floor fundamentals and hip hop etiquette can sound when executed in the right hands. Powerful beats, ample triplet runs and that infectious sampled prowess scream all the hallmarks of another solid run for a trio cutting notably unique shapes in the industry.” – Dancing Astronaut

“Understand Why” combines loopy, pitched up ’90s house vocals, knocking rap drums, epic synths, big bass, and haunting voices to form a genre defying banger.” – Hypetrak

“Is it just us, or does the next Keys N Krates EP, Every Nite, feel like something bigger? …Turning on “Understand Why,” you get the feeling that the Canadian trio might be onto something.” – Do Androids Dance

“Keys N Krates have a wonderfully tumultuous sound that steers you around on an audio rollercoaster, allowing you to chill with airy calm spells that slowly build up into electronic exhilaration.” – Black Book
