GRiZMAS hits the Masonic Temple in downtown Detroit Dec. 20th

Detroit you better watch out, you better not cry, you better not pout we’re telling you why . . . GRiZmas is coming to town. Whether you’ve been naughty or nice this year (and we hope you’ve been naughty) GRiZ is coming to his hometown Detroit this Christmas for a night a night of funk, soul and bass. Joining Father Funk are his neon reindeer Odesza, Will Sessions and Gosh Pith to soothe and groove you through the chilly winter weather at the Masonic Temple in downtown Detroit, December 20th.

GRiZ has been slaying main stages dropping new tunes off his untitled forthcoming sophomore release as the crowds of Hudson Project, Electric Zoo, HARD Summer, Mad Decent Block Party and more got the funk down to his signature sax infused electro-funk sound. At North Coast Music Festival, “Stop Trippin” was debuted and GRiZ brought the funk of “A Fine Way To Die” to Electric Zoo after it’s initial debut on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic show. This December a slew of tricks are hiding in GRiZ’s satchel that you’ll just have to be there to witness. While GRiZ is hard at work in the studio finishing his next album, this performance is the perfect first course to tie the GRiZfam over.
