WILD PARTY ANNOUNCES NEW TOUR DATES WITH ANDREW McMAHON AND HELLOGOODBYE

Texas indie-rock band Wild Party continues to hit the road this summer with singer Andrew McMahon and labelmates Hellogoodbye, plus they’ve announced a string of headline shows that will take their high energy live set through New York City, Philadelphia, Nashville and more. The four-piece will play new tracks from their forthcoming, debut album Phantom Pop (out October 7th via Old Friends Records). Tickets for all shows are on sale now. Soon after their formation, Wild Party toured with The Wombats across the UK. They returned to the States to write songs for their debut LP and then took on SXSW 2014 by storm with the new material, creating a buzz around their infectious tunes before signing with Old Friends Records (Carousel, Hellogoodbye, Static Jacks) in November 2013. iHeartRadio instantly gravitated towards the band as the Clear Channel digital radio service nominated Wild Party for MACY’S/iHeartRadio Rising Star 2014 contest. Their catchy, chrous fueled songs – bands like the Killers, the Strokes, Cage The Elephant, Rooney, Two Door Cinema Club are certainly touchstones – also garnered some TV attention right away as they were featured on numerous MTV reality shows.
