Next week, fans across the U.S. will have the opportunity to catch THE TING TINGS on TV. The U.K. pop duo will perform their current radio single “Wrong Club” on CBS’ “The Late Late Show with James Corden” Monday, April 27 and VH1’s “Big Morning Buzz Live” Wednesday, April 29. Check your local listings for times.
“Wrong Club” appears on THE TING TINGS (Katie White & Jules De Martino) third studio album Super Critical, out now on now via Finca/[PIAS]. The song—heralded as a “legit bop” by Buzzfeed’s Matt Stopera (7/14/14)—continues to gain major support at HOT AC and AAA radio and has been playlisted at SiriusXM’s “Venus,” Mix 101.9/Chicago, KLLC (Alice)/San Francisco, KALC (Alice)/Denver, WXRT/Chicago, Fresh94/D.C., WBMX/Boston, WWMX/Baltimore, KAMX/Austin and KGSR/Austin among many others. The band, also known for their massive hits “That’s Not My Name” and “Shut Up and Let Me Go,” returned to SXSW this year to unanimous acclaim and is now finishing up the first leg of their first U.S. tour in several years with shows in Dallas tonight, April 23 and Phoenix on Saturday, April 25. They will be back in North America this summer for a second leg including rescheduled dates at San Francisco’s Regency Ballroom on July 1 and The Wiltern in Los Angeles July 2.
