Spoon is ramping up the excitement for what is sure to be a memorable 2014 for both the group and its fans. In addition to its previously announced festival and headline engagements, Spoon has just confirmed — via this nifty new teaser video – an August 8 Los Angeles headline show on the beautiful Fairbanks Lawn of the storied Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
Tickets for this very special outdoor event — christened “They Want My Soul,” and one of only three performances staged annually on the Fairbanks Lawn — are certain to go quickly and are available Friday, May 9 at 12pm PST. Check Ticketfly for further information.
The Hollywood Forever announcement coincides with Spoon’s first U.S. headline dates since April 2012, beginning (tomorrow) May 7 at Memphis’ Minglewood Hall and including stops May 8 at Marathon Music Works in Nashville and May 10 at the Center Stage Theater in Atlanta.
