Rustie Gets “Lost” For New Video
RUSTIE ANNOUNCES JANUARY US TOUR AND NEW VIDEO
Rustie is sharing the second video from his latest album Green Language for the track “Lost” featuring Numbers cohort Redinho. It’s a hyper-synthetic ode to the 80s electro love ballad and Rustie describes as “the closest thing I’ve written to a traditional pop song” now brought to life with a pop music video.
The video defies contemporary CGI music promos by employing a physical stage and sculpture of programmed bar lighting reacting to “Lost” to evoke a maze of 80s boogie neon lights set within Green Language’s “Temple Run” jungle landscapes. This installation by director Adam Hummell is the real-world, physical iteration of his 3D video work for Rustie’s new AV live show.
