Raw Fabrics Play For Scott Mitchell, Debut “Down The Drain”
Raw Fabrics
Raw Fabrics Invited to Perform at Scott Mitchell’s One-Night Only LA Rock Photography Exhibition on August 21
New Single “Down the Drain” Now on iTunes
Emerging electro-rock three piece Raw Fabrics can’t wait to walk the red carpet on Thursday, August 21 at acclaimed rock club Paladino’s in Tarzana (yes, that’s the valley) beginning at 5:00 PM, when doors to Scott Mitchell’s photo exhibition also open.
Mitchell saw Raw Fabrics perform at The Bootleg Theater in Los Angeles in July and immediately invited them to be part of his show after witnessing their passion and dedication to their set. They will perform a few songs that evening alongside an enviable line-up of musicians expected to attend and perform from Mitchells’ many years working in the rock scene of Los Angeles. Mitchell calls the concert “a sprawling rock and roll jam session with varied anticipated performances from eclectic array of rock and jazz all stars.” Musicians are expected to hit the stage beginning from 7:00 PM until last call and confirmed performers will be announced leading up to the event.
Admission to both the exhibition and concert is free and available to the general public (21+ only). Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Prints from the exhibit will be for sale and a portion of the proceeds from the evening will go to Adopt The Arts. Adopt the Arts is a non-profit co-founded by Matt Sorum that provides instruments and instruction to kids in schools. Mitchell is the photographer for Adopt The Arts, who will have a booth set up at the entrance to the club to raise awareness and funds. This event is 100% sponsored by Scott Mitchell.
