Mali Music Brings “Heavy Love” Video

MALI MUSIC PREMIERES HIS NEW VIDEO FOR “HEAVY LOVE”

Today, musician Mali Music premieres the new video for his second single, “Heavy Love” on HelloBeautiful.com. The romantic video tells the story of a young couple’s untraditional, yet loving journey to marriage and was filmed by acclaimed director, Erik White (Chris Brown, T.I.).

“Heavy Love” is taken from Mali Music’s critically-acclaimed chart-topping major label debut album, Mali Is… (ByStorm Entertainment/RCA Records). The LP arrived at #2 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart in June 2014 and spawned the breakout single, “Beautiful,” which reached top 10 on the Urban AC Airplay chart.

In addition to the success of his current album, Mali also co-wrote three tracks on Grammy and Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson’s newest LP, JHUD including the inspirational track, “Moan,” which he co-produced as well.

To support both the release of “Heavy Love” and Mali Is…, the talented singer/songwriter will hit the road throughout the month of October. Mali will kick things off on October 19th at New York City’s Highline Ballroom, with stops in Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Charlotte and Birmingham.
