Lee Malia’s Signature Les Paul Custom Artisan Introduced

Epiphone Announces the Ltd. Ed. Lee Malia Signature Les Paul Custom Artisan Guitar

Bring Me the Horizon’s Lee Malia Designs Unique New Les Paul Guitar

Epiphone is proud to announce the new Ltd. Ed. Lee Malia Signature Les Paul Custom Artisan electric guitar, designed by Bring Me the Horizon’s trailblazing lead guitarist, Lee Malia.

Inspired by the 70s era vintage classic Les Paul Artisan, the new Epiphone Lee Malia Signature Les Paul Custom Artisan is designed by Lee and Epiphone to be one of the most stylish and versatile Les Pauls ever made. The new guitar features a unique pickup combo with a Gibson U.S.A. P-94 in the rhythm position and a Gibson U.S.A. 84T-LMTM humbucker with coil tapping in the bridge position.

“I wanted to create something that looks really classy,” said Lee Malia, lead guitarist for Bring Me the Horizon. “Something that I think appeals to anyone who plays any genre of music. Anyone could pick up this guitar and not necessarily know that I play in a metal band.”

Bring Me the Horizon is quickly becoming one of the most talked about bands of the decade. The hard rocking British quintet released their latest album Sempiternal last April and has embarked on extensive sell out tours across the globe with performances in the UK and Europe, Australia and the United States. Bring Me the Horizon is reaching new heights of success and now, Lee Malia’s incredible technique and melodic style can be heard around the world on his new Ltd. Ed. Epiphone Signature Les Paul Custom Artisan.

The Ltd. Ed. Lee Malia Signature Les Paul Custom Artisan features the now classic and easy-to-spot Les Paul profile with a Maple top with a Walnut Gloss finish, a Mahogany body and neck, Ivory and Black binding, gold hardware, and the killer combination of a P-94 single coil pickup in the rhythm position and a Gibson 84T-LMTM humbucker with coil tapping in the bridge position.

“It’s an incredible guitar and I’m so proud of it,” said Malia. “You can pretty much do anything with the pickup configuration and with coil-tapping you can get the sound of any guitar you can imagine. You can also get a nice tone straight into a computer and you don’t have to use an amp mod to get the sound you want.”

Bring Me the Horizon has been on tour this summer appearing at a multitude of festivals throughout Europe including the Download Festival in the UK. Look for them on tour in the USA this fall with A Day To Remember or visit the band’s website at www.BringMeTheHorizon.co.uk for more details.
