Kaiser Chiefs have spent the last few months on a whirlwind stadium tour of South America and the UK with The Foo Fighters but they are now finally returning to the US this week. Starting with a show in Seattle tomorrow night, the band will be traveling across the country from Tucson to Austin to New York and beyond over the next few weeks.
In their new video for “Falling Awake”, the Kaiser Chiefs give viewers a first-hand look at what it is like to perform your heart out to an arena-sized crowd, sign autographs for fans, dance backstage or even pose with the ‘Christ the Redeemer’ statue in Rio de Janeiro.
“Falling Awake”, now released as a digital single, was written during sessions for the band’s last album Education, Education, Education & War, recorded at Sarm Studios in London on October 2014. Produced by Ben H. Allen III (Animal Collective, Gnarls Barkley). See below for a full list of the band’s upcoming tour dates with Portland electro-pop band Priory.
