Josh Groban’s Stages Debuts At #2
JOSH GROBAN’S NEW VIDEO “ANTHEM” OUT NOW
STAGES DEBUTS AT NO. 2 ON BILLBOARD 200
GROBAN’S UPCOMING STAGES TOUR TO KICK OFF SEPTEMBER 12
Multi-platinum recording artist Josh Groban has released the music video for “Anthem” from his new album Stages, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. A week before it’s U.S. release, Stages shot to the top of the U.K. album chart, earning Groban his first No. 1 album there. Groban recently appeared on Good Morning America, Live! With Kelly & Michael, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Talk, Entertainment Tonight, Dancing With The Stars, and sang the national anthem at this year’s Kentucky Derby. He will be returning to The Talk on May 19th.
Stages is a collection of some of the greatest musical theater songs of all time, labeled “a fantastic release from Josh Groban” by Broadway World and described as “one showstopper after another” by Newsday. Rolling Stone praised Groban: “There’s no doubt that the operatic pop singer is one of today’s great vocal talents.” An exclusive edition of Stages, featuring two extra tracks, is available at Target.
Last month, Groban announced that he will launch a full-scale Fall 2015 North American tour in support of Stages. The tour, produced by Live Nation, begins on September 12th in Atlanta and continues through early November. Tickets for previously the tour are on sale now.
