Chris Wollard: Practice. Enjoy every moment. Pace yourself.

Jason Black: It sounds very silly and obvious, but the best advice I could give to someone is to make sure you really love what you’re doing. It isn’t easy–ever–so if you don’t love it, you’re going to burn out fast.
