Escape Music Festival is excited to announce the full lineup to the inaugural event being held at Pier 9 in Red Hook Brooklyn on Oct 11 – 12, 2014. The full lineup includes Girl Talk, Moby DJ Set, Placebo, Yeasayer, Mayer Hawthorne, The Joy Formidable, Ra Ra Riot, The Crystal Method, STRFKR (DJ Set), Moon Boots, Bakermat and more. In addition, the full lineup announces exciting additions to the Elrow stage, including Alan Fitzpatrick, Miss Kittin, Sebeastien Leger and more. The full lineup is below.

Escape Music Festival’s lineup is masterfully curated by Brooklyn’s The Most Definitely and San Francisco’s Beautiful Buzzz. The Most Definitely is a dedicated advocate of indie music culture. Based out of Brooklyn, The Most Definitely runs a music blog, record label and produce live events devoted to the early stage development of our favorite indie artists. Their mission is to be a trusted source for new music discovery and the birthplace for unique artist collaborations and live experiences. Beautiful Buzzz is a new music blog and event production company based out of San Francisco, CA. Their goal is to expose up-and-coming artists who we believe are on the cutting edge of indie pop, electronic, and dance music. They believe the world needs to know about the little guys – and we love to support independent musicians from around the globe. Together, Beautiful Buzzz & The Most Definitely produced the largest independent showcase of SXSW 2014 calledThe Green Room, which has turned into a bi-coastal monthly club night held in NY and SF.

Escape Music Festival’s second stage is presented by Barcelona’s Elrow. Born out of Barcelona’s s underground music scene, Elrow is a landmark institution in the Spanish and European dance scene. From Elrow’s weekly residency at Space Ibiza to their legendary after-hours parties presented by Elrow in Barcelona, Madrid, and more, Elrow combines top-notch underground talent with interactive art, roaming theatrical performers, and a fully immersive production design. Named the Best Party at the 2012 and 2014 Vicious Awards, Escape Music Festival marks Elrow’s first venture into the United States where their stage will feature Alan Fitzpatrick, Boris, Miss Kittin, Sebastien Leger, and more. Escape Music Festival will also feature various transportation options to Red Hook’s Pier 9. From Manhattan, patrons can take ferries from South Street Seaport’s Pier 11 directly to the venue. Uber will also be hosting a dedicated pick up spot at Imlay and Summit Street. More information and travel options can be found HERE. ESCAPE MUSIC FESTIVAL

Escape Music Festival (www.escapmusicfest.com) is a two-day indie rock and electronic music festival. It will make its debut October 11-12 at Pier 9 in Brooklyn, N.Y., and feature 30 performances over the course of both days to an audience of more than 16,000 people. Early Bird 2-Day tickets are available now for $80.00 while tickets last, and will be accessible to those ages 18 and up.
