ELTON JOHN, THE WHO, ED SHEERAN AND PITBULL HEADLINE AN UNPRECEDENTED LINEUP FOR AXS TV’S LIVE BROADCAST OF THE 2015 NEW ORLEANS JAZZ & HERITAGE FESTIVAL, MAY 1-3
Elton John, The Who, Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band, No Doubt and Keith Urban are among the featured performers in AXS TV’s broadcast of the 2015 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival presented by Shell, airing daily May 1-3 at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT. This marks the third second consecutive year that AXS TV will serve as the official broadcast home to “Jazz Fest,” giving viewers an exclusive front-of-the-line pass to one of the most celebrated music festivals in the United States, putting the spotlight on classic bands, modern hit-makers, and local favorites in one fully loaded weekend.
In addition to the names mentioned above, AXS TV’s “Jazz Fest” broadcast features over 21 hours of live and recorded coverage, with performances from a wide variety of celebrated standouts including John Legend, Pitbull, Ed Sheeran, Lenny Kravitz, Ryan Adams, Hozier, Wilco, Chicago, Steve Winwood, Jerry Lee Lewis, Allen Toussaint, The O’Jay’s, Sturgill Simpson, Galactic featuring Macy Gray, Alison Krauss & Union Station and many more.
In conjunction with AXS TV’s season of music festivals, “Jazz Fest” viewers will be able to access special festival-specific content on an all-new interactive microsite via www.axs.tv/festival/JazzFest.
