Hugh Laurie Tours Behind Didn’t It Rain

March 24th, 2014 – Globally acclaimed recording artist, actor and performer, Hugh Laurie, has announced he will hit the road for a west coast theater tour in May in support of his current album,DIDN’T IT RAIN, released by Warner Bros. Records in August 2013.

Laurie will be joined by The Copper Bottom Band, which is David Piltch (bass), Vincent Henry (horns), Elizabeth Lea (trombone), Jean McClain (vocals), and Gaby Moreno (vocals) – and is completed by Herman Matthews (drums) and Mark Goldenberg (guitar).

Lady Gaga Meets G.U.Y.

Multi-platinum and Grammy Award-winning artist Lady Gaga will premiere a sneak peak at the music video for G.U.Y. on Dateline on NBC News this Saturday, March 22nd at 8pm PT/ET directly followed by the full video premiere on VEVO.com. G.U.Y., the third single from her latest album ARTPOP was filmed on location at Hearst Castle in Northern California, the first commercial production at the National & California Historical Landmark mansion since Stanley Kubrick’s film “Spartacus” was filmed in the late 1950’s. The first single from ARTPOP, “Applause” is her 12th top-ten Billboard Hot 100 single in the United States.

A Boy Named Charlie Brown Turns 50

A limited edition, collectible vinyl reissue of the original 1964 Jazz Impressions of a Boy Named Charlie Brown soundtrack is set for release by Fantasy Records via the Concord Music Group on May 13, 2014. As adoring fans of both Guaraldi’s and Schulz’s work, Concord has proudly put significant effort into faithfully restoring all components of the LP with a special bonus: orange vinyl. The reissue comes complete with Schulz’s classic, quirky design, historic liner notes in a gatefold jacket, and reproductions of 8 x 10 lithographs of Peanuts characters.
