Birdman, Young Thug & Rich Homie Quan are teaming up for The Lifestyle Tour, which will kick off November 1st in Shreveport, LA.

Taking its name from Rich Gang’s summer hit single “Lifestyle” by Birdman, Young Thug, and Rich Homie Quan, the tour pairs rap icon and Cash Money Records co-founder Birdman with two of the genre’s rising stars for a cross-country jaunt hitting major markets everywhere. It’s already shaping up to be an unforgettable hip-hop event.

About The Lifestyle Tour, Birdman comments, “I became friends with Thug first, and he introduced me to Quan. I saw talent in them, and I wanted to see them reach the next level. I saw that they weren’t just rappers they are artists with the potential to be musicians—like Lil Wayne, Drake, and Nicki Minaj. I recognized that type of spirit in them from day one. I saw something I’d seen 20 years ago when I first started this. While we recorded “Lifestyle,” I made a plan. I knew that it’d catch everybody off guard for me to feature these two young men who are rising in the game on the first single from the new Rich Gang album and do a Tour.”

In advance of the jaunt, this formidable trio, are also releasing The Tour mixtape on September 29th, which will featuring original music from these three presences as well as a bevy of high-profile guest appearances, it’s the perfect prelude of what’s to come for The Lifestyle Tour. “I feel like this is one of the best things I’ve ever done,” exclaims Young Thug. “I thank God first and foremost. There’s an element that this tour and mixtape will be gigantic. I just clicked with Birdman because I always dreamed of being down with him in some way. This is just the beginning though.”

This all sets the stage for the forthcoming release of the second Rich Gang album — Birdman Presents: Rich Gang [Cash Money Records]—available later this fall. This time around, the record sees Young Thug and Richie Homie Quan collaborate with various Cash Money Records stars and extended family over robust production from top names in the studio. The first single “Lifestyle” is #1 at Urban Radio, and continues to hold strong at the top.

Last summer, Rich Gang debuted at #9 on the Billboard Top 200 upon release, and it yielded the gold-selling smash “Tapout” featuring Lil Wayne, Birdman, Mack Maine, Nicki Minaj, and Future.
