ASCAP Honors KISS And Doobies
The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) will present rock heavyweights KISS with the prestigious ASCAP Founders Award at its 32nd annual ASCAP Pop Music Awards on April 29th in Hollywood. The event, which celebrates the songwriters and publishers of ASCAP’s most performed pop songs of 2014, will also honor The Doobie Brothers with the ASCAP Voice of Music Award and St. Vincent with ASCAP’s Vanguard Award. The exclusive, invitation-only gala takes place at the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles, CA.

Steve Earle’s Camp Copperhead Revisited
This summer, July 7–11, 2015, Steve Earle will don his teaching cap once more to present his most refined and in-depth course yet: Camp Copperhead. This fully immersive learning experience will take place at the Full Moon Resort, about 30 miles west of Woodstock in the enchanting Catskill Forest Preserve. Earle will be the primary instructor, with about 100 students in attendance. This once-in-a-lifetime experience offers students uniquely intimate access to a true master craftsman. Shamir’s Ratchet Coming
