Amason Introduces “Duvan”
US Live Debut Sweden’s Amason Release, “Duvan” Single Oct 28th On Fairfax Recordings; Play LA’s Echo On Nov 3rd
Following tips from KCRW, KEXP and BrooklynVegan as one of the ‘must see’ artists of the convention, Amason made an impressive US live debut at CMJ last week, providing the marathon with a run of packed out shows and winning the hearts of all who saw them. Amason will play a free show in Los Angeles at The Echo on November 3rd.
Tagged in the music press as a “Swedish supergroup”, Stockholm’s Amason are the collective talents of Pontus Winnberg (Miike Snow), Gustav Ejstes (Dungen), Petter Winnberg (Little Majorette), Amanda Bergman (Hajen, Idiot Wind), and Nils Törnqvist (Little Majorette).
Amason will release their new single “Duvan” (The Dove), which will include B-side track “Pirate” as a digital EP on October 28th and on 7” vinyl on November 10th. The single will be available on iTunes, Amazon and Spotify.
