DMX’s Redemption Of The Beast Coming January 13th
RAPPER DMX ANNOUNCES THE RELEASE OF HIS ANTICIPATED STUDIO ALBUM
The Ruff Ryders founder is reemerging with eighth solo album, REDEMPTION OF THE BEAST
On Tuesday, January 13, 2015, rapper and actor DMX will release his eighth studio album, REDEMPTION OF THE BEAST. The independent release, on Seven Arts Entertainment, will include the lyricist’s latest single, “It’s Goin’ Down” and will feature 15 additional unreleased tracks. Fans can expect to hear X’s signature heavy-hitting, fast-paced lyrics, classic Ruff Ryder beats, and moments of reflection on his experience in the rap game. The album will be available to fans on iTunes.
DMX recently made headlines surrounding his self-portrayed role in Chris Rock’s hit comedic release, Top Five. The film initially debuted at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival and earned DMX praises on his performance by film critics around the nation. According to LA Weekly critic Amy Nicholson’s Twitter, “The breakout comedy star of TIFF is DMX.” X is also featured on the film’s soundtrack with “Ruff Ryders’ Anthem,” released and distributed by Def Jam Recordings. Top Five is in theaters nationwide now.
