The Plain White T’s Offer “Pause”

GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum alt-rock band The Plain White T’s are excited to release their new single, “Pause.” The track is now streaming exclusively on Alternative Press. The song comes off of the band’s highly anticipated new studio album, American Nights, which is out on March 31st. The collection serves as the band’s first independent release since 2001 and finds the guys bringing fans everything they have come to expect from The Plain White T’s — summery anthems, heart-on-the-sleeve lyrics and acoustic love songs — while still breaking new ground.

Mark Knopfler Premieres Short For Tracker

Legendary musician and songwriter Mark Knopfler is sharing a short film by Henrik Hansen to preview his new record, Tracker, due March 17 on Verve Records. To further celebrate the release, Knopler will embark on a 36-city North American tour, kicking off in Vancouver on September 10 and continuing through the end of October.

Roadrunner Records group Marmozets have debuted “Broken Reflection,” an unreleased b-side from their debut album ‘THE WEIRD AND WONDERFUL MARMOZETS’ which staked its claim on numerous “Best of 2014” lists. ‘THE WEIRD AND WONDERFUL MARMOZETS’ received the third highest Metacritic score of all 2014 debut albums and landed at #5 on Alternative Press’ “10 essential albums of 2014” list, #8 on Metal Hammer’s “2014 Critics Choice” list with Big Cheese picking the band’s debut LP as their #1 album of 2014.
