New Album The Wolves Are Whispering Out June 23^rd via Bang Ehf

Bang Gang – a.k.a. Iceland’s Bardi Johannsson of Starwalker and Lady & Bird – will release his long-awaited new album The Wolves Are Whispering this summer, and today the record’s second single is released. Following the soaring and melodic lead single “Out Of Horizon,” “Silent Bite” is a haunting, dark-pop track featuring glistening synths and frequent collaborator Helen Marnie of Ladytron on vocals. 

The Wolves Are Whispering, Bang Gang’s first album in over 7 years, will be released in the U.S. on June 23^rd via Bang Ehf. Though it’s been nearly a decade since the last Bang Gang record, Ghosts From The Past, Bardi Johannsson has kept busy with multiple projects. His recent collaborations include the electro-pop duo Starwalker with Jean-Benoît Dunckel of Air and Lady and Bird with French songstress Keren Ann. Johannsson has also scored numerous films and documentaries including David Guy Levy’s Would You Rather (with Daniel Hunt), and the French success De Toutes Nos Forces, directed by Nils Tavernier.
